Where were you at noon on 31 May 2023?

The CN&CO team really are all over the place – geographically speaking, that is! It’s part of our lifestyle business approach: being able to work wherever we are and finding a balance that helps us and our partners to succeed in all areas of life. Here’s where we were at noon on 31 May 2023. This month’s day was picked by Blake – here’s what he and other CN&CO teamsters were doing at noon.

Carel: “I’m in KZN for my dad’s 85th birthday.”

Colin: “I’m bundled up at my desk prepping for a meeting with epic ERP. I spent the morning with our new client, SSP, at their office in Sandton. It’s great to be meeting people face to face again!”

Rikus: “Sorting Kleinblouklip after all the wind and rain with my trusty Otter race cap.”

Kate: “I’m busy with the CN&CO social report for May! Very excited as the number are looking great this month – all thanks to amazing contributions from the team!!”

Gianluca: “Working on a new Summercon website and waiting patiently for the impending arrival of my daughter next week ☺️

Kurt: “At noon I was on a data call with the Ami team. Data is king and we need to make sure we are always on top of it and that it’s accurate. So good to see Ami grow from strength to strength.”

Blake: “I ended up spending noon at a serious motor vehicle accident scene. I had just finished a video with Micheal Edward who recently joined the RMB team to heading up sponsorships.

“As I left town, a school minibus crashed a hundred metres in front of me. I stopped and grabbed my mountain rescue bag out the boot with a small medical bag, called Metro Rescue and got to work.

“I’m incredibly grateful for my first aid and mountain rescue training. I was also blown away by the fast and professional response from emergency services.

“Please consider doing a first aid course, carry gloves and a small first aid bag in your car. You just never know when it will come in handy.”

Stella: “About to join a PR call with our client epic ERP to discuss the impacts of sanctions on businesses’ cloud and ERP licences. Watch this space…. thought leadership article loading.”
