If there’s one thing CN&CO and Blue Recruiting have in common, it’s the importance of genuine relationships. Our businesses are aligned in the significance and power of the people around us. Working with Team Blue – a young, dynamic and driven group of people – means no two days are the same and beyond the deadlines and targets is a lot of laughter, love and some serious jols.

Josie and I were invited to celebrate with Blue Recruiting at their end of year function – a glamorous Great Gatsby Gala. We are very aware of how committed the team is to their craft, but they apparently take dressing up just as seriously.  It was a night filled with appreciation of a year’s hard work, delicious food and an insanely impressive dance floor.

We are really grateful for the trusting relationship we have built with Blue Recruiting and look forward to another amazing year of commitment and delivering amazing career goals for our clients.
