What does it mean to challenge yourself?

Many pieces that I have written for the CN&CO blog have been about cycling, spending time on my bicycle and sharing the odd sunrise photo. Disclaimer…this is about to change as I start to spend a bit more time on my two feet (learning to run again, thanks to coach Allan Bader).

Today marks the start of a new challenge for myself and rest of the MAD2RUN team for 2018!

Kurt (the crazy one, who convinced us that it was a fantastic idea to get involved with this awesome initiative, sums it up)

Challenging one’s self can come in many different shapes and forms. For sure this is definitely going to be a challenge for us to get running fit, but this is a rad opportunity to be part of something much bigger than ourselves!

Track our development, progress and challenges as we embark on a lekker journey (I am sure that it will last for a lot longer than the 9 months).

Here is a taste of the weekly vlogs that we will be putting together!

A shout out and massive thanks to everyone who has backed us thus far. To Shaun and Dayle Raaff, what you have started is bladdy phenomenal and we are privileged to be a part of it!
