Michelle Constant chats to Lifa Hlongwa about adaptive rowing
Lifa Hlongwa broke his back in a rugby accident and took up rowing, a sport that is adaptive and inclusive, with a dream to represent South Africa at the 2024 Paris Paralympics. He has joined the RMB National Squad and has just returned from the World Rowing Championships in the Czech Republic.
