Engage Me Online, based in Dubai and started by South African Brett Smyth, began as a consulting company with a “mission to create strong organisational cultures infused with community values and clarity of purpose”. The organisation recently completed a project with the Lombard Wellbeing team that centred on culture and values.
Engage Me Online recently launched an innovative digital magazine highlighting the challenges and opportunities facing an ever-changing workplace. Core questions being answered within the online magazine include:
- How do I engage and inspire my workforce?
- How do I create an environment where people want to come and work?
- How do I instil purpose and passion into my work?
- How do I integrate work into my life?
