IISA introduction to engineering insurance, 16 August

The Insurance Institute of South Africa (IISA) has education at its core, offering key learning for the industry and CPD points. At home in its new offices in Hyde Park, the IISA team is already rolling out and encouraging attendance to a number of training events in the ITOO Premium Learning Centre.

Be sure not to miss a practical session which provides a general introduction to engineering insurance and how underwriting is applied.

Sonja Meyer, an Associate of the IISA, will provide the practical knowledge and skills on:

  • The rating factors and the process of underwriting engineering
  • Insurance contractors all risks, erection all risks and machinery breakdown
