I have known Lefras Uys for a few years now and he is always ready to host friends with music, wine and good food. Some of you might have seen him on TV shows like “Noot Vir Noot” on SABC 2; BBC’s “Come Dine With Me South Africa” and Musiek Roulette on SABC 2. Lafras has won quite a few of those!

I recently discovered that apart from his daily corporate life, Lefras has a cooking side hustle witch is a true hidden gem in Jozi. t’UYS – “Delicious, wholesome meals made from quality ingredients…”

Many of us have very busy schedules these days and don’t have the energy or the time to cook after a longs day at the office. So we end up getting UBER Eats most of the time… well I did.

But once you discover the quality and tasty food of t’UYS from Lefras you will never have to think about takeaways again.

Lefras has a wide variety of the most delicious meals and the portion sizes are nice and big (I eat a lot!) All you do is place the container in the oven from frozen on 180 for an hour and voila .. delicious. From Beef Lasagne, Bobotie and South Cape Cottage Pie to a Dolly Parton Dinner 😉 and much else besides. Something for everyone.
