TIA2018

Got a question, #AskApprentice on 7 Aug 2018

Keen to enter The Insurance Apprentice, but have a feeling of uncertainty? Well, you don’t have to wonder anymore.

As we get closer to the rapidly approaching deadline for the applications of The 2019 Insurance Apprentice series, TIA is set to host the #AskApprentice event on 7 August 2018, at Hogan Lovells, 140 West Street, Sandton. The event aims to ease uncertainty by answering any questions applicants may have up their sleeves about the competition.

TIA understands that for any hopeful applicants, it’s hard to know what to expect when entering a competition, and how to make yourself really stand out from the rest. Luckily for you, the 2016, 2017 and 2018 Insurance Apprentice winners, Andre BrooksKabelo Paile and Noxolo Dlamini (respectively), as well contestants from the 2018 instalment, will be there to deal with an array of questions – from what The Insurance Apprentice is all about, to what is expected before, during and after the filming week.

You can confirm your attendance to #AskApprentice with Myra Knoesen.

Remember to submit your application form before 31 August 2018.

The following press release regarding the #AskApprentice was distributed:

The 2019 Insurance Apprentice series’ planning and master minding is well under way but there are still few who are wondering whether or not they should enter the competition.

With lurking questions that are unanswered, a feeling of uncertainty or just not having enough information at hand to make the decision, hesitation often looms on the horizon. Some just need that one question answered or they just need to hear from previous participants why they decided to enter – were they also a bit nervous; is it worth it; how much time is it out of the office etc.?

To ease this uncertainty, Hogan Lovells will be hosting/sponsoring the #AskApprentice event on 7 August in Sandton where panel members consisting of apprentices from the 2017 and 2018 series will answer questions and interact and network with guests.

We urge managers/companies to identify the people they believe can make it and encourage them to join us at the AskApprentice event. Let’s get all those young talented professionals to apply.
