We’re big supporters of a great cause, and even more so when it’s an opportunity to show cancer the middle finger. Our latest ConFab session with cancer conqueror, Conn Bertish, is testament to this. (If you missed that epic talk, you can catch up on it here.)
Another awesome initiative that is happening next week is one by PinkDrive – partners and friends of CN&CO. #ThePinkTableProject – SA’s largest Cancer Awareness Pink Table Dinner hosted by PinkDrive will take place at participating restaurants across SA on 4 February 2016 – World Cancer Day – and looks to be great fun!
What is the Pink Table Project?
On World Cancer Day, over a 100 restaurants will create Pink Tables specifically in celebration of World Cancer Day, February 4th 2016. You can choose to dine at any one of the participating restaurants, contact them directly and ask to book a Pink Table. Go along and have the Pinkest time imaginable! A cost of R100 per person will be added to your bill at the end of the evening. This amount goes directly to The PinkDrive to assist in projects rolled throughout the year.
Corporates participating will get CSI for the R100 portions donated to PinkDrive. This is for donations of over R500.00.
The Theme is Dipped in Pink and Left To Sparkle! 
This applies to you and your table. Decorate your Pink Table any way you like. There will be a prize awarded to the BEST DRESSED TABLE. What better way to enjoy a delicious meal at your favourite restaurant while raising funds for a really great cause!
Why book a Pink Table?
Help PinkDrive make a difference and give cancer the middle finger. Their mission is two-fold; to host the largest and coolest dinner party in South African history; and hopefully create world history by setting the bar for restaurants internationally to follow suit and make this a global effort that is seen as a permanent fixture in the International Gastronomical Calendar – creating awareness around Cancer Wellness Management.

Round up your friends, family and colleagues, and find your favourite participating restaurant. Simply make a reservation at any Pink Table restaurant for a table for 4 people or more.
