Get ready for the annual Caps & Undies Run!

Calling all Cape Town guys who’re game for a run and a great cause. The annual Caps & Undies Fun Run will take place on 4 February 2016 (World Cancer Day) and looks to be balls of fun. Join Torsten “Love Your Nuts” Koehler and fellow nutty buddies in a 5km walk or a 10km run which will kick at 18:30 off from the Lighthouse at Mouille Point, Cape Town.  CN&CO Chief Senor, Carel Nolte, was one of the founders of the annual Daredevil (speedo) Run (which is also happening in February, so be sure to get involved and sign up here.)

The CN&CO team are big supporters of any kind of cancer awareness initiatives – especially ones that are as fun as this – because let’s be honest, #CancerIsKak. And we’re always up to show cancer the middle finger.

Love your Nuts cap (black, white or grey)
Race fee
Option 2
For R330
Add a ‪#‎loveyournuts T-Shirt (black, white or grey) to option 1 if you find it too embarrassing in undies & caps only.
