Our brilliant client Fulcrum Group’s CEO Vaughan Jones sat down with FANews’ Rianet Whitehead to talk about the importance of intermediaries. In the interview, he breaks down the future of smaller intermediaries with regards to technology, fees and costs, outsourcing and consolidation. Jones ultimately advises that it is vital for South Africa’s intermediary space to remain independent so as to stimulate and encourage entrepreneurship and maintain healthy competition.
