From the golf course to the glamorous Mount Nelson’s high tea, we do it all for our clients at CN&CO events!

While the events industry was hit hard by the COVID-19 regulations, the CN&CO events team’s creative flair ensured they continue adding value during the pandemic. We worked hard to assist our clients from various industries to stay connected with their clients and now that the regulations are lifted, we are out and about making in-person events unforgettable,

The past month we have had a variation of events ranging from golf day activations to a high tea at the Mount Nelson.

Join us as we reflect on some of the great events hosted the past few weeks.

The CN&CO events team had the opportunity to host a series of Broker Appreciation high tea events across south Africa for our client Elite. These sessions were curated to thank the top performing Elite brokers for their support and amazing work. We chose the best of the best when it came to venues to ensure that these sessions will be unforgettable.

The first session was hosted at the 54 on Bath Boutique hotel in Johannesburg.

We then jumped on a plane to the beautiful KZN and hosted a coupe of brokers at the one and only Oyster Box. This venue is know for their beautiful views over the Indian Ocean and just makes you feel if you are royalty.

The final broker high tea was hosted at the Belmond Mount Nelson in Cape Town. This is probably one of the most known venues for a high tea experience in South Africa and we could not give it a miss. The conservatory venue painted the perfect backdrop for the Elite team to enjoy a beautiful summer’s day in the mother city.

Inbetween these grand events our team also had to trade their fancy formal shoes for tekkies whilst they set-up some amazing golf day activations across South Africa.

First up we did a “Proudly South African” theme set-up for Santam at the IIG night Golf event in Randburg. This was quite a fun project to work on and ensured that the players felt right at home.

We also assisted our client Nutun, previously known as Transaction Capital, with their participation at the Woolworths Charity Golf day which was hosted at the stunning Steenberg Golf Club in Cape Town.

Our technical team also helped our client Santam at two of their Hybrid events hosted at their offices in Alice Lane and broadcasted nationally.

It puts a massive smile on our team’s faces to see live events back in full swing. Whilst we run around at live events we are also gearing up for the 2023 edition of the African Insurance Exchange which will be held in Sun City again. We hope to see all of you at the 2023 series of InsureTalk which will kick-off in February 2023. The 2022 edition saw an average of over 2200 attendees per session and we aim to deliver more valuable sessions in the coming year.

CN&CO has also recently published a cookbook titled “Daar’s ’n Vegan op my VERANDAH”. This saw a couple of in-person events where the authors talked about the book and their journey on creating exceptional vegan recipes. Read more on the book here.
