Winning PCR team Ferrraris EasyEquities

Ferraris light up some people magic!

By Carel Nolte

With more and more people getting vaccinated, it is becoming increasingly feasible to host in-person, small, Covid-safe events. And so, after a few months of postponing, I was lucky enough to finally welcome our newest EasyEquities team mates at Pablo Clark Racing.

To make sure these newbies got a feel for our culture, I roped in some of my “older” colleagues. It was exhilarating to meet people face-to-face I had recruited online and been working with for months via Zoom. I realised again how much this virus has taken from us in how we relate to people.

All of us loved the activities the Pablo Clark team arranged – from tyre changing (not quite at 2-second F1 levels, but one team did get it down to 9 seconds!), simulator rides, real live driving of beautiful Ferraris, delicious pizza and much else besides. Hosted in open spaces, we all felt comfortable to engage, compete, laugh, learn – basically build relationships and get to know each other better.

I like cars, even though I know very little about them. And despite not being a petrolhead by any stretch of the imagination, I am always inspired by the passion of people like William, Mike, Jackie and the Pablo Clark team. Every time I learn something new that I can apply in other parts of my business. This time around I simply loved seeing happy people finding common purpose, stretching themselves and competing with true sportsmanship.

Work in between play

The PCR team go beyond in their professional hosting – taking care that everyone is safe, comfortable and having a superb time. I cannot recommend their experiences highly enough and I guarantee that your team or clients will be blown away. Contact William for more information william@pabloclark.com.
