One such visible impact is through the #NonStopCaring campaign.

The campaign aims to highlight and share stories by everyday heroes from Europ Assistance who go out of their way to ensure impeccable service delivery and add value to partners and clients in various industries.

A call came in one day from a six-year-old boy whose father was having convulsions. I can only imagine how terrifying it must have been for him! Fortunately he managed to stay calm and provide me with all the information I needed to dispatch an ambulance. A week later we got a call from the father. He had received excellent medical care and was truly grateful for all our assistance and patience while dealing with his son. For me it was testimony to the importance of sharing emergency numbers with everyone in your family. You never know when you might need them.

CN&CO has been working with Europ Assistance SA for the past couple of months on ad hoc projects and campaigns. #NonStopCaring is one of them.
