EasyEquities Asia?! Another exciting executive appointment at our founding client.

With the phenomenal recent developments at Purple Group, who own 70% of EasyEquities and 100% of brands EasyCrypto, GT247.com, Emperor Asset Management and the majority share in EasyProperties, it is no surprise that the Group embarked on an extensive international search for a Chief Operating Officer. Having been part of the recruitment process, I am delighted to share the news that Rish Tandapany will, on 5 May, join our friends who continue to revolutionise investing. Worldwide. More about Rish:

“Rish Tandapany is a strategic leader with extensive experience of leading and developing organisations and functions to maximise their potential.

He has more than 16 years experience in investment banking, brokerage, data, foreign exchange, commodities and securities trading.

Rish’s previous roles include being Global COO/CFO of ADSS, a broker and investment management firm, as well as holding senior positions at Standard Chartered and Deutsche Bank.

Recently, he has also held board and advisory positions in several Hong Kong and Singapore financial services firms.

Rish’s key professional interests lie in organisational psychology, business transformation, financial inclusion and data analytics.

He is an MBA, CFA and NLP Master practitioner.

In his spare time, Rish likes everything Star Wars, Jiu Jitsu, Gastronomy and Miyazaki.

He is originally from London, UK but has spent the last 12 years living across Asia and the Middle East.” Rish will continue being based in Malaysia but will travel extensively as his new role demands.

I am hugely excited by Rish’s appointment and cannot wait for middle April when we share our results and chat about the future with Rish and all the other inspirational people I get to work with 🙂
