COVID Man…

These are interesting, different, and changing times that we are living through at the present moment.

As we are headed into day number twelve of our lockdown in South Africa, I couldn’t help myself and created something with a touch of humour to bring a smile to the faces of the people around SA.

Everyone is experiencing this COVID-19/Lockdown in their own unique way. Some are not coping at all, some are thriving and others are working had to make things work in their businesses.

The CN&CO Events team lost a large portion of their work due to the virus and have had to think of different creative ways to keep our business functioning, as we adapt to things. As we adapt we launched our first online virtual conference that will take place on the 14 of April 2020, it’s called #InsureTalk and we hope to see you on the other end of your screen as you tune in from the comfort of your home or where-ever you are locked down.

#InsureTalk is set to feature great speakers like Justin Nailor from Itoo; Lizelle Van Der Merwe from the FIA; Thokozile Mahlangu from the IISA and many more. True to form the CN&CO Events team have organised live entertainment, curtesy of the beautiful Leah who is a talented singer and TV presenter of the popular Afrikaans show “Boer soek ‘n vrou”. Speaking of performing… this brings me back to the humour urge I had today.

Two friends of CN&CO Michele Sparkes and Marcelle Nickloes helped write me write the lyrics for this song and we had a huge amount of fun creating this video.
