Situated 15 minutes from the Fourways business district and a stone’s throw away from Lanseria International airport, with never ending views of rolling hills, trees, forest and the countryside, lies the majestic Blair Atholl Golf and Equestrian estate, a truly beautiful country gem that makes you feel superb. The land was originally the home and farm of golfing great Gary Player, a place where he practised, lived and who still frequents this magnificent estate.

CN&CO are proud to have partnered with Blair Atholl, and will be working closely with the Blair Atholl team to drive, amplify and promote their prestigious estate and offering.

The land was purchased in the early 2000s and a golf course was constructed. Designed by Mr Player himself, it has the look and feel of an American course and in true Gary player design where bunkers are plentiful and carefully positioned  to test even the lowest of the handicapped player. The signature hole and par 3 was based on the Augusta National golf club, you have to actually be standing on the tee to appreciate this.

Along with the golf course, there is a fully equipped equestrian centre with stables, trainers and medical staff on site to attend to the horses.

Other wildlife is regularly seen on the estate and this amplifies to the more than 25km of trail running and MTB track.
Those who are birders would be ecstatic to see the various species that nest in the area.

“I have driven passed and only ever heard about the estate, but after experiencing a tour and really understanding everything this prestigious estate has to offer, I was truly blown away. ” Says CN&CO Communications boss Kurt Solomon.

“The estate only has 320 stands on the property, with only 80 left for sale. Houses have incredible privacy and are meticulously designed. The award winning chef and halfway house just adds even more class to this one of a kind experience ” Continues Kurt.
