CN&CO has been named as a finalist in the 21st annual BASA Awards. This is the second year we have entered, and the second time we have been named as a finalist.

“Being chosen as a finalist for the second year running for such a high-profile and prestigious award fills us with joy and pride,” says CN&CO’s Carel Nolte, who also serves on the BASA board (although he was not involved in the judging in any way). “BASA does incredible work bringing the seemingly disparate worlds of business and the arts together for the mutual benefit of everyone involved.

“It’s hugely rewarding for CN&CO to be involved and to see our participation in the arts world bringing benefit to the arts community.”

Our entry revolved around our involvement in the 2017 Venice Biennale, together with Ann Roberts of TMRW Gallery.

The arts play an important and meaningful role in all of our lives at CN&CO, which is why we particularly enjoy working with partners who are actively involved in the sector. On that note, congratulations to our partners Fulcrum and RMB, who were also named as finalists.

The winners will be announced on 16 September at Victoria Yards in Lorentzville, one of Joburg’s up-and-coming artists’ hubs.
