#Celebr8Katys

On 27 February 2020 we joined our new partner Katy’s Palace Bar in celebrating eight years of the venue! We are proud to have worked with the Katy’s Palace Bar team to put together a really great event. The Katy’s team put on a great event while we focussed on marketing the celebration and getting feet through the door. We had different messaging and campaigns for trade and for consumers with tailored content for each. It was quite the celebration!

The event was hosted by Katy’s along with its partners and suppliers Straight Up Bar Solutions, Fresh Creative Catering, Calico & Cream, Hire Society Events, Hands On Entertainment Agents, Surgesound, DeLight Events, Sir James van der Merwe, DJ James, and DJ Luis Almeida. They all came together to create a really epic celebration.

#Celebr8Katys began at 3pm with a trade-only event and continued with a public event from 6pm. The trade event was to thank the trade partners (wedding planners, event professionals etc.) for their support of Katy’s over the years. They enjoyed a fully covered afternoon of great entertainment, delicious food and drinks, epic décor, networking, and more.

From 6pm the celebrations continued as the public joined the festivities. These are past, current, and future Katy’s clients: from people who just love Katy’s to those who have hosted events there. It also included all the partners’ past, current, and future clients. It was a big party full of happiness and cool people.
