Business and Arts South Africa is looking for facilitators
Business and Arts South Africa (BASA) is compiling a database of facilitators to draw from when additional and/or new facilitators are needed for the organisation’s training programmes targeting artists and arts organisations.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- An appropriate qualification
- At least three years’ experience in facilitation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Good communication skills in at least one South African language
- Ability to manage tight deadlines
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Good organisational skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Must be willing to travel
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in curriculum development
- Deliver course content to participants in BASA’s education programmes
- Ensure high quality of content delivery
- Provide feedback to and draft assessment reports for participants
- Compile reports to the relevant BASA programme manager
- In cooperation with the relevant programme manager, ensure that all targets are met on time
- Participate in monitoring and evaluation and reporting processes in cooperation with the research team
