Bumper season for Ballito Village with 100 sales in 3 months

PHASE 1 SOLD OUT

The first phase of 60 apartments in Ballito Village launched to market in October and is now sold out, with phase 2 (another 60 apartments) 80% sold. Sales for phase 3 opened early in January.
