Advance broking school with Ben Tonkin (FIISA)
A full three day training session on 10, 17 and 24 October. To provide practical knowledge and skills needed to:
- demonstrate the knowledge and skills needed to obtain a large complex account by researching the current portfolio,
- identify gaps or omissions in cover, using claims experience and risk factors to best advantage,
- obtain cost-effective premiums and make a successful formal presentation to the prospective customer.
- The exercise serves to grow the attendees and encourage them to take on and retain larger, more complex business of clients with confidence.
