AIE 2021 Early Bird Registration Ends 15 February 2021

A reminder that early bird registration for AIE 2021 ends soon. This year’s event will take place in-person at Sun City (limited delegates), virtual through a trusted streaming platform, and hybrid events (mixture of in-person and online) in Cape Town and Durban. The coastal events will be held at a local venue with facilities to stream from the main event at Sun City.

The theme of the AIE 2021 is ‘Reimagined to Reconnect’. We have reimagined our world and will be optimising the use of Sun City’s multi-conference venues. Five conference venues will be utilised with a limited number of delegates per venue in line with the COVID-19 Regulations.

The format of the conference has been reimagined as follows:

  • Sunday the 1st August: Golf (only one golf course will be utilised in order to adhere to the COVID-19 restrictions) and check-in.
  • Monday – Full-day business sessions with a gala dinner in the evening.
  • Tuesday – Half-day business sessions and conference closure.
  • The networking breaks will be on a rotation basis in order to ensure social distancing.
  • Visiting the exhibition centre will be on an appointment basis, this will enable social distancing while ensuring meaningful engagements with various exhibitors.

Strict Covid protocols will be observed at all venues. Your health and safety are our top concern and we will ensure a comfortable and safe setting at all three venues.

We look forward to hosting you in a reimagined gathering.
