The Makeup Revolution has landed – a hearty welcome to the CN&CO family!

Truth be told, a woman can never have enough makeup. Being a makeup junkie myself, I am chuffed to welcome Makeup Revolution South Africa to the CN&CO team.

The world is a very small place and this relationship was formed in an unexpected setting, at the Skukuza half marathon in the Kruger National Park. Kurt, Carel and Rikus ran into Louise from Spellboundgroup, which imports this one-of-a-kind and extremely exciting makeup brand, exclusively to an initial 50 select Clicks stores nationwide.

Revolution Beauty offers a comprehensive range of makeup, palettes and endless choices of makeup products: from face, to skin, to eyes and lips, all products are great quality at affordable prices. Adam Minto, founder of Makeup Revolution (also known as Mister Makeup) and its parent company Revolution Beauty London, wished to create a makeup brand that aims to delivered “quality makeup accessible to everyone.”

Revolution Beauty is a PETA-approved brand. The products are 100% cruelty free and are not tested on animals. Revolution Beauty additionally offers select Vegan products meaning that there are absolutely no animal ingredients used in the makeup ranges.

For any makeup fundies, Revolution Beauty has collaborated with some of the world’s leading makeup artists such as Carmi, makeup artist and Youtuber known online for his expert makeup tutorials; Jane, founder of britishbeautyblogger.com ten years ago, who wanted to deconstruct the beauty rules and create a palette for all ages, all abilities and all skin tones; Beauty YouTuber, makeup fanatic and mother of two, Tammi who is particularly known for her colourful eye makeup tutorials; Joanna, a makeup artist, beauty expert and YouTuber from Poland. She’s known for her informative themed makeup tutorials, hauls and reviews and YouTube Star, beauty guru and cake lover, Soph who originally attracted a cult following for her skilled nail art videos and is now best known for her makeup tutorials, beauty hauls and fun-loving personality. …to name a few!

It is a diverse, internationally recognised brand in 44 countries and we cannot wait for it to land on South African shores – I already have my eye on a number of products that I will need to get my hands on the second it hits my nearest Clicks store!
