Workshop on Regulatory Changes in insurance – with Michelle Pedra and IISA

The Insurance Institute of South Africa (IISA) will host a workshop on regulatory changes in insurance at the ITOO Premium Learning Centre at IISA offices, with Michelle Pedra of Fulcrum Group and Prabashni Naidoo as the hosts.

Workshop content

A morning practical workshop discussing:

  • RDR – brief overview or the current state
  • TCF – a practical perspective;

-a brief overview of the principles and outcomes;

-what you can do in your organization to ensure alignment with TCF; and

-how to evidence the outcomes

  • FAIS – the impact of RDR on FAIS
  • Ombud cases – trends and themes
